Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I ordered a chicken sandwich with a drink, and when I reached the payment window, I asked to add fries, which brought my total to $10. However, I was charged an extra $2 for the fries and was then informed that they no longer have the sandwich. Instead, they gave me a chicken biscuit and fries, which ended up costing me $12 for just a biscuit and fries. If they don’t serve the sandwich anymore, they should remove it from the menu. To make matters worse, the girl at the second window was very rude when I asked to see my receipt since they hadn’t given me one. I felt completely ripped off, and I can assure you that I won’t be going back.

The young woman at the drive-thru was fantastic! However, the company's menu changes are unfortunate; they made some questionable decisions. No Bo sauce is a poor choice. The chicken used to be great with the sauce. Now, only the spicy chicken is available, which I think is a mistake. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

Order a grilled chicken club deluxe. It was smothered in mayonnaise, had half a tomato and no bacon and no lettuce. Usually these are my favorite grilled chicken. They either don’t have grilled chicken lately or like today I pay $8.55 for a grilled mayonnaise chicken sandwich.Food: 1/5

I love bojangles but this one is awful. First off food was gross. Second took 20 minutes and I was only one in the place. Then the guy yells at me for being impatient. Was very rude
