Jack Sprat's - Dawlish

We enjoyed a lovely lunch here and highly recommend the small fish and chips (no half portions, plus the batter is amazing) and the beach supply plate (generous, diverse, and made with high-quality ingredients). The coffee was excellent, and the service was great too.

I recently visited this local restaurant again after they updated their lunch menu, and I wasn't disappointed! Everything is freshly cooked, so don't expect fast food service. The wait was worth it, and the bottle of wine for just £12 was a great deal! The atmosphere was really relaxing, and our waitress was incredibly attentive. I will definitely be coming back!

I had a fantastic meal with good friends on Saturday. The staff went out of their way to provide vegan options, which was much appreciated. It's definitely a place worth visiting when you're in Dawlish. They offer a great menu that caters to both meat-eaters and vegetarians alike.

Two times to be here and had fantastic meals, eating best in the city service is great and the quality of the food wonderful with some great daily specialties small and intimate restaurant and great for a meal for two or to bring family and friends when they visit

Went the extra mile for our kids, providing an adult meal across two smaller plates with extras. It’s the little things! All food tasted amazing and well worth a visit.
