The worst mcdonalds! Does not matter if you order drive thru, pickup or delivery they always get something wrong! How hard can it be, atrocious!

I visited this McDonald’s yesterday at 7:30 pm on 4/16/24, WOW what a terrible experience, started off with ordering from the kiosk to eat inside the establishment. Ordered my food for sit down and wasn’t brought my meal to the table? So why advertise to sit and wait if and give me a table tent if I got to go get my food. Second off when I complained about the lack of service I get greeted very rudely by “Lisa” the store manager there short Latin red haired girl. When I asked for a refund wow she was extremely rude telling me I hate my life and that’s why I want to start problems, proceeded to call me fat and tell me I’m miserable and that’s why I eat McDonald’s. Can you imagine? There were others there watching this, I had to leave because of the embarrassment I had to endure just to get a receipt. The cherry on top was the manager coming outside to continue to yell and curse at me saying to wait at the establishment because her husband would kill me. I mean …. Should I say more? There are cameras and guaranteed I called corp and the police to file a report.

Unkind Staff/Inadequate ServiceAfter picking up my child from school, I treated him to a McDonald's burger on his birthday. All my child asked for was a quarter-pounder specifically without American cheese. I repeated no cheese about 3 times by the way In addition to the employee's rudeness Rude remarks, rude tone of voice My son bit in the sandwich expecting to be satisfied only to bite into 2 layers of thick cheese. This gets worse by the fact that my child has a dairy allergy, which caused him to throw up in my vehicle and feel awful for a while. Would not recommend whatsoever! The label on the box literally says no American Cheese how do you mess up that hard!

Terrible service, the employee was rude in the treatment she provided. They close before the time established in their schedule. All in all, the worst place in this chain that I have ever visited.
