I decided to have a steak after a long day, and it's a long horn since I sung in a longhorn. my party and I came and we sat right away. the place was full and clean, and our server was nice and friendly. we have the brot to share and the firecracker chicken battles with the avocado limette salad. the packings were hot and delicious with the sauce. for my entree I wanted to order the Longhorn-Churrasco, but I was told that they did not have the chimichurri sauce, so I decided to get the NY strip boiled medium. the steak was perfectly prepared, it was the right temperature and the seasoned were extremely good. the steak was served with some seasonal french fries and a caesar salad. I really enjoyed it all especially the salat, since it does not do in the dressur, as most places. let me tell them that the peach iced tea was phenomenal! it was super tasty and it reminded me of the pfirsich tee of my grandmother. this tee was incredible! overall my party enjoyed the culinary experience, and eating was also great. I'm coming back in a definitiw!
I've only been here twice and it's okay. Their firecracker chicken wraps are phenomenal. 10/10 The raspberry iced tea was like liquid gold. The sirloin was cooked to my liking but it lacked any seasoning. I had to add salt to the steak to make it flavorful. Same as the loaded baked potato. Even with the toppings it wasn't super flavorful. Our waitress Tia was very friendly and attentive throughout the night on my second visit. The décor is cute and I was a fan of the little table lamps. Overall, the place is decent and has affordable steaks and plates. Not a bad deal.
My steak was finger-licking good. Cooked to perfect. Food arrived in very timely manner and staff were nice, attentive, and courteous. I will definitely visit again.
We actually went to this location on Father's Day to pick up food and we noticed that this location had outside seating. So, the next day we went back to this location on June 20, 2022 at 5:45pm requested to sit outside and John Bear advised that outside seating was closed due to staffing issues. It's only a few feet away from inside and they couldn't get one server to work that table? So John rather have customers walk out and Longhorn lose money due to his failure to provide customer service and find a server to work it. John Bear need training on customer service. I wonder how many other customers came in and requested to be seated outside today that he was ok with them walking out and Longhorn losing money?
06/27/2022 around 6pm. I had an issue with my steak and the manager on duty by the name of John, came over, listened to me and immediately took action. He personally asked if he could do anything to fix the situation and he would PERSONALLY go back there and cook my steak to my liking. I also had a quick server who tried her best to do everything right. Her name is Shay. I commend GREAT leadership and customer service. I definitely will be back as long as he is the manager! Thanks John!!
