Lemongrass Hotpot - Davie

I love hotpot and Lemongrass is super close to my house. Their soup is good and love their selection. I 've been going for a while, they do a buffet concept now which I 'm not too big on. When they had it where only the meat was self-service, the quality was so much better. But now I see a bunch of people grabbing things with bare hands. But I 'm Asian and that 's what Asians do so it 's whatever. I just focus on my food. I love the sauce bar, love the selection of mushrooms, and I love being able to scoop unholy amounts of meat onto my plate to dip into my soup. I just wish they cold make their soup spicier. Their taiwanese extra spicy tastes like it was made for Americans and not Asian people in terms of spice. But they recently added dry ghost peppers to their sauce bar that I can dump in with jalapenos into my soup. Service can vary from excellent to average. But they are willing to help people that have never had hotpot before. I love that they have lamb, something other places skip on. And there 's a boba tea place right next to it that I get for dessert. Bottom line, great for first timers and great for hotpot lovers.

One of the best hot pot places around Florida. All the food/ingredients are always fresh, and at a very reasonable price for all you can hot pot.
