Gogiya Korean Bbq 고기야 - Davie

We tried this place with our friends. We ordered the bbq grill meats for 6+ ppl and some other dishes to share. The portion is fair and the variety of meats are good. They were grilled for us so no extra manual work and you still smell decent after the meal. The flavor is wilder than my favorite Korean restaurant but the side dishes came with more varieties. We came on a Sunday evening and there was only one server for the full house so we waited for a long time. Other than that, it’s a good option if you want to eat some grilled Korean meats.

It was great. I think personally I do not like Korean food that much, this was a pretty good experience tho, food was great and the dumplings were fire, I also liked the tamago side dish so much.

The food is clean and delicious. The portion is generous and it tastes really good.

Authentic Korean food at a fair price. Highly recommend.

So disappointed. Ordered the Gogiya combo and every meat in there except the chicken was bland and flavorless. Was it because we walked in around 9? I tried my best with the tiny bit of bulgogi sauce and gogchujang they gave me, but it's as if they just threw unseasoned beef, pork, and belly on the grill and figured I wouldn't know any better. Was it because they were hoping to close and go home before I showed up? I've had delicious Korean food, but not tonight. The kimchi, pickles, rice, and soju were good though.
