Flashback Diner Coffee House - Davie

This was my first experience at the restaurant, and it was just okay. I ordered powdered sugar on my French toast and paid extra for it, but I never received it. The French toast was so thick that it tasted more like a dense piece of bread, which wasn't enjoyable. Additionally, the food arrived cold. The one positive note was the fried chicken, which was excellent.

The chicken was cooked to perfection, while the waffle was chewy and seemed like it wasn't made fresh.

I've never encountered a twenty-dollar burger that was served without toppings, a burnt bun, and mushy fries. To make matters worse, my order said it was prepared at 4:30, but I didn't receive my food until 6:45. The delivery driver was quick, arriving in five minutes, but the order had been marked "preparing" for hours, and the milkshake was cold when it finally arrived. I ended up giving the burger to my cats outside because it was so bad. I came in hoping for a delicious burger, but I should have just gone for fast food; even the fries would have been fresher than those frozen ones you served. It baffles me that you would serve such a meal and think no one would complain. I want you guys to improve because I know how crucial it is to maintain quality in the food industry. It only takes one bad cook to tarnish your reputation. The pictures on your menu are misleading—each one looks like it comes with cheese, so why would I have to pay an extra two dollars for that? Whatever the case, it’s time to get things in order.
