Yesterday, this chick is just a few minutes away. I thought it was strange that this restaurant did not curb page pick up and that you need to go inside to your mobile order, but not a big deal. When I went to the restaurant, I saw a man who went out and embraced all his pick-up job when it was a great job. I was embarrassed for him and shocked that the one who gave him his food was even comfortable to leave him that way. Then I picked up my order and I also had to hug my order to do everything. I filled my hands with my bags of food. with full arms, my gallon sweet tea and my big drink were placed in front of me. if the lady who passed my food had to do it in 2 rides from the counter to the pick-up counter. Why should she expect me to open two sets or doors, drive through the road, go through 3 rows of parking. I find it absolutely ridiculous that there were well over 10 people right behind the counter. Half of them are empty. When I was hired at Kichernfil 10 years ago, our core values were always the extra mile to go. Very disappointed by my treatment
Had the worst experience ever! I always sing the praises of Chick-fil-A, but after today I change my melody. My employees and I were so disappointed after our delivery order was completely messed up. I ordered a grilled chicken club combo with a frosty lemonade to drink. When the order arrived, my chicken club had no cheese or bacon. Also I didn't get my Frost limonade. My employee didn't get the chocolate milkshake she had ordered, and we literally got 1 chick-fil-a sauce after ordering 2 sauces (polynesian also) with each of our 5 orders. Another employee didn't get their lemonade. So we missed a total of 3 drinks. We tried to reach the store, but I guess their phones don't work, so nobody picked up after several attempts. We called the company office and said they couldn't help us. You can only notify the memory of your error and hope it does not happen again. I asked to speak with a superior and was informed that the superior will tell you the same thing. So condescending! When the superior came to the phone, he said there's nothing they can do for us. We need to go through the third app where we ordered (Uber Eats). Everyone in my office is super disappointed! I lost my appetite and didn't even want to eat. We spent over $100 and were not a customer service. Chick-fil-A has grounded our order and has not taken responsibility because we have ordered a third app. Shame on you. Shame! I wanted to choose a rating of zero stars, but you need to choose at least one...
Order with the app before you reach the location. Even on arrival, the food was not ready. The team wasn't nice about the delay. And the leadership at this point told me that he can't give me a cup of soda water without getting me (after I had already spent 60 dollars). Also the location was so dirty and the spices section was only from ketchup. Please recommend this location.
