Char Hut - Davie

Since it was my first visit, I wanted to look at the menu before ordering, but I was informed by an older man in the kitchen that there was a menu at the register. That was fine. I ordered the salted caramel milkshake, which was small but really delicious, along with the Cowboy Burger Combo served on an imperial roll. They only offer American cheddar cheese. For my combo, I chose the Messy Fries. However, when I was charged, they included the full price for the messy fries, but I received regular fries instead. There was no explanation for this. The cashier also didn’t inform me that I couldn't make adjustments to my meal. While I waited for my order, a customer who ordered a strawberry milkshake was asked if he wanted whipped cream. It made me feel unworthy as I wasn't given the same consideration. Overall, I found the food enjoyable, but my experience left me feeling uneasy. I’m not sure I would return, as it felt like there were issues with how customers were treated. The food itself deserves a better evaluation.

I really enjoy Char-Hut! The exterior has a clean and inviting appearance, and the interior is typical of a fast food restaurant—clean, spacious, and easy to navigate. The service was excellent; my order was prepared quickly. The food, as pictured below, was outstanding! The chicken tenders were crispy and delicious, the fries were plentiful and well-cooked, and the burger was top-notch, made exactly to my liking with all the right toppings. I highly recommend giving Char-Hut a try; it's a fantastic fast food option that’s definitely worth it!

I visited this place without any expectations, and I was pleasantly surprised. The prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious. The char-grilled chicken paired with sweet potatoes was amazing.

My friend brought me here for dinner. Nice place to get Burger. The burgers were delicious. A little dry. Other than that, I enjoyed her and would definitely eat here again.

This was my first ever time visiting a Char-hut restaurant. I had seen them before but never had a chance to try one. I have to admit, this place had one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted!!! I had my burger cooked medium well and it was so tasty and juicy. I also had the onion rings. Normally I don’t finish my entire meal; but this time, I ate my entire burger and my entire side of onion rings. Everything was served hot and the onion rings were oh so crispy. In addition, the guy at the drive-through had awesome customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to others!
