Worst service ever won’t ever come back. Do better!!!!

The door in the men's restroom has been missing for three weeks now, and that's an issue.

I stopped by for a quick visit and was met by a staff member who looked quite angry. As a former manager, I understand that bad days happen, but I think a little more professionalism is important. There were no smiles or any sense of customer service. When we received our order, the service didn’t improve—it was still unpleasant, and we were greeted by yet another stern staff member. Unfortunately, the food also didn’t live up to expectations. I used to work as a cook there when I was younger, and I can definitely say that things have changed for the worse. The onion rings were bland, the burgers were served cold, and the poutine was overwhelmed with cold curds. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The restaurant is consistently not open on time. As a truck driver who enjoys A&W breakfast, I find this place quite disappointing in terms of their punctuality.

A&W is bomb when it's made right and this place did that? The /56 buddy burger slapped, it almost tasted homemade! Perfectly seasoned beef patty, fluffy bun (that wasn't chewy), crunchy lettuce, melted cheese, and caramelized onions? A great pit stop!!
