The Royal Oak - Daventry

Had a fabulous sunday roast here. Could have eaten it twice. delicious food (loved the puddings! and excellent attentive staff. brilliant. I can't wait to go back.

Visited on a busy Saturday night and they were able to fit me very short time. the service was incredible, the staff was very polite and attentive. the eating amazing. I had the royal oak scotch egg to begin and it was divine then I had the pan roasted salmon for the main with the potato cake and vegetables, it was the best laugh I ever tasted. if I could give it more than 5, I would. I'll be right back.

Never. but loved it, friendly staff and local, excellent meal, good quality and piping hot, homemade koleslaw and somewhere we will definitely visit again. also dog friendly. so would give 10 stars if I could! we loved it

I didn't have any, always years to be honest. in the past we visited a few times a year. we celebrated the parental jubilee of my wife. at our arrival we all noticed that it was with a beautiful relaxed feeling. we were shown at our table by our waitress and then our drinks were served. menus arrived shortly after and I decided to share one with the woman. this is a favorite of us, so we consider ourselves more familiar. I have to say that this is the first place we have for years, which gave them a lot of brot to the guidance of the kamnbert. then followed slowly boiled pigs with black pudding maische and veg delicacies to finish the night, I shared a sticky toffee pudding and ice that was also beautiful. really good night give them a try

Fantastic food, really, the best pub food I've had in years and an incredibly friendly atmosphere. Lovely staff
