Kfc - Davenport

I ordered a large serving of mashed potatoes with gravy, but I didn't receive any gravy. The gravy is the best part! It's frustrating when you order only a few items and they still manage to miss one-third of the order. This isn't the first time either - when we ordered takeout previously, we were missing a large order of fries out of the three we ordered. I've worked in fast food before and it's not difficult to ensure that all items are included. It's pretty ridiculous.

The staff at the Locust Street location in Davenport are consistently rude when you visit. I will not be returning to this establishment after being treated this way. Despite being a customer who spends money at various places, I was still treated poorly. They even tried to tell me that I did not know the difference between white meat and dark meat. I am aware that a breast is white meat and a wing is not. Attempting to sell me a wing as white meat was unacceptable. I will definitely not be going back there.

I always seem to hit a bump in the road at this restaurant, just after I've placed my order. The parking lot could be a bit wider as I don't like scraping the sides of my tires. However, I received my order promptly and with a smile. The coleslaw was to die for, and the potatoes were just okay, but I've never been a fan of potatoes anyway. Overall, it was a good experience.

The staff at the restaurant were friendly once they finally unlocked the door. The food was delicious and served hot.

I ordered a large baked potato with toppings, but they forgot one of the toppings. The best part of the meal was the gravy! How can they mess up an order if it's only for 3 items? Last time we did takeout, we ordered 3 orders of fries and were missing one. It's not difficult to double check and make sure everything is included. It's pretty ridiculous.
