Cicis - Davenport

This Cicis location in central Florida has deteriorated from being the best to the worst. A year ago, with a real manager and Chris the magician, this place was thriving and the only Cicis we would visit. However, today there is no sign of management, the tables and common areas are dirty and sticky, there is no ice, and the pizza is subpar. The pizza is burned, tasteless, and overcooked, making it difficult to even separate slices. There is a lack of pasta sauce and only a limited amount of pasta available. The trash is overflowing and not being emptied promptly. The staff lacks charisma and don't seem to care about customer satisfaction, often wearing headphones and talking on the phone while working. The owner should consider bringing back the previous manager and magician to improve the overall experience at this location.

The pizza, pasta, and salad at this buffet-style restaurant are exceptional. I visited a few years ago and it wasn't great, but Jay and the staff have really improved this place! I felt welcomed, and Jay was always available to answer any questions I had. It was a wonderful experience for lunch, and don't forget about the free Wi-Fi!

When I entered the restaurant with my two children, the manager greeted us warmly and quickly seated us. He did a great job attending to our needs. I observed another person, whom I believed to be the owner, arriving 10 to 15 minutes later. After speaking with the manager and another staff member, I felt compelled to express my admiration for their professionalism and hard work. It's clear to me that they are a great team and are headed for success. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

The tables were cleaned, but I don't know if it's a completely new group, but the müll was stacked high and the suppenable was quite extinguished and the names on most of the pizza were not correct, apart from being low. my family and I still decided to stay. I went ahead and searched for the buffalo chicken pizza, which is one of the reasons I love to go there and they don't. So I asked. the dame seemed nice and looking for someone, so I thought she'd tell someone about it. about 15 minutes later, after I gave drinks and my children got their pizza, I go back to the counter. I don't see it, so I ask another lady if they would have this special pizza. she is looking for this sign and it turns and says no, the next will be cicis supreme and goes away. I let it go. I have something else and I sat down. about 20 minutes later we all went away and when I passed the counter, I saw that it wasn't the highest pizza, she said that it was out, it was the buffalo I had requested. I was pretty upset with all the experience, I just left. I miss the old crew. the people there were always on the needs that this business needed to run the dings. Hopefully it changes. I hope next time I get in, aren't they as bad as this time?

Came here on the Sat 16th of april, at like 2pm and there was a girl cleaning the tables. Said she’d been working there for about 2 weeks but she was soo fine. I didnt ask for the snap tho if you can just give it to me ty
