This is the most high-end coffee place I’ve ever been to. I travel here for work often and plan to visit here whenever I can. Amazing service and very personable.

This 392Caffe location just happened to be right by my work assignment so I decided to pop in one day. I honestly wasn't expecting much because it looked so small from the outside but it's actually pretty cute and spacious inside! I ordered a latté with functional mushrooms added. There was no funky flavor and honestly, I'm not sure if the mushrooms helped me focus but the coffee was good! I came back a few days later and tried a cortado--still great quality coffee! Didn't taste acidic, or burnt. No wacky sweeteners. No gimmicks. Just the good stuff! There's tons of cool merch inside as well as locally-made pastries, some breakfast items, and other beverages. The staff is great here! (Even at 7am! Highly recommend!

I recently visited this place while traveling and was impressed by the stylish contemporary interior and exceptionally friendly staff. However, there are a couple of areas that could use some improvement. While the coffee is fantastic, the variety of food options is quite limited. Expanding the menu to include more snacks or light meals would definitely enhance the overall experience. Additionally, I noticed that some of the staff don’t put away their long hair. For hygiene reasons, I would recommend the management implement a policy requiring staff to either cover their hair or tie it back. This small change would ensure that every aspect of the service is up to the high standards set by the coffee itself. Overall, 392Caffe is a fantastic new spot for coffee lovers, and with a few minor adjustments, it could be even better. Highly recommended!

So cute inside. Definitely a little pricey but it's worth it for high quality ingredients and coffee.

This is my favorite coffee shop in the QC. This is the place to go if you appreciate strong espresso/coffee and handcrafted flavors. My favorite drinks are any with the vanilla creme, and any of the fall/Winter drinks. They also offer breakfast and lunch sandwiches. They taste very clean and homemade. My personal favorite is the brunch , my husband likes their breakfast burrito as well. They have smoothies (including a kids size), which my toddler appreciates. The only downside to the Utica location is that it 's pretty small on the inside. There are a handful of tables. Love the ability to order ahead online and the drive through.
