Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly, making it uncomfortable to dine there. The servers were polite, but there were very few customers present - only 4 tables were occupied. Overall, I do not recommend this place.
The empanada was cold inside and the iced tea tasted like water. It was a bit pricey.
I went to the restaurant hoping to try Ilocos empanada, but it was not available. Instead, I ordered crispy dinardaraan, klumpianada, and bagnet. The crispy dinardaraan was delicious, but the bagnet was not as good as the one I had in Vigan. The lumpianada was okay. I am giving it 3 stars because the place had a strong smell of cockroaches and I even saw one.
Didn't know Davao had a "shortcut to Ilocos"! Everything I ordered tasted great! Really authentic stuff
I was expecting vigan longganisa to be a bit dry. Other than that, the garlicky meaty flavor is superb. Poque poque is love!
