What a terrible disappointment. In this economy, you would think the servers would pay special attention to those customers that choose to dine at their restaurants. But not here! We were essentially ignored, our orders forgotten. And to make matters even worse, the food was certainly below average, even for the generally disappointing Lincoln Road. And there were bugs everywhere around our table! And to add even more insult to injury, the waiter actually tried to scam us by not giving us the receipt indicating that the gratuity was already included. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised by this given the way we had been treated throughout the whole meal. My advice to any potential diners take a stroll down the street to Da Leo where you will be treated brilliantly and served excellent Italian fare. Or even better yet, stick to the really fine restaurants that appreciate their customers with good service like Scarpetta and the exquisite Mr. Chow!

I ordered pasta with clam sauce and a glass of wine, the cost was $43.00. The food was hot and fresh and the foccacia bread delicious. 17% gratuity is added on to the bill.

The food is very good. Congratulations for the chef and the specials are amazing.
