The store is going down hill. 3 or 4 years ago I would've given this place 4/5 stars. But now 1 star is truly deserved. There was trash all over the floors and very dirty countertops. The service is hit or miss depending on the time of day. The #1 reasons they get 1 star is cleanliness. The bathrooms when walking in them wreaks of urine. They might do a top clean. But a deep clean hasn't ever been done in my opinion. The tiles are stained around the toilets and urinals. The urinal is so stained it's black. Because they can't keep their countertops and bathrooms clean I wouldn't order food from them. If they can't keep those area's clean then I'm not sure if the kitchen will be clean.
