The staff at this location are always so so friendly and smiley. Food is always hot and fresh. The restaurant inside is always clean. This is my favourite location, by far! It’s easy to tell the manager of this location cares about their staff. Everyone is so sweet.Parking: Lots of parking! I’d say 30’ish spots.Wheelchair accessibility: East entrance access along with a very spacious seating area

I just ordered a salad and when I got back to my office, I found that it was mostly bad lettuce instead of fresh greens! It’s clear that they don’t check or rotate their ingredients before serving.

I received the wrong burger. When I approached the staff to explain the mix-up, the girl preparing the burgers became angry and shouted, "It's not my fault they don't know what comes on the burger." This continued as we pointed out that the Baconator does not come with tomato, lettuce, or pickles.

Wendy's is a great spot for a quick lunch. The dining area is consistently clean, and I appreciate having a place to sit down and enjoy my meal. However, the parking lot can be a bit tricky to navigate. It’s narrow in certain areas, and vehicles waiting for the traffic lights can sometimes block the entrances.

I've always appreciated the food at Wendy's, but I typically order through the drive-thru. It's 2023, yet the drive-thru ordering system hasn't seen much improvement. Even the clearest speakers can sound garbled through the speakerbox. When you have an employee at the drive-thru window who speaks English as a second language, it can make communication even more challenging. While I understand that everyone deserves a job, I think this position would be more effective if filled by someone fluent in English. I want to clarify that I'm not trying to be discriminatory; I'm just expressing my experience. That said, I'll definitely be returning for a Dave's Double and a Frosty!
