We also had a problem with one of the gift cards we tried to use, which took the staff about ten minutes to sort out. The young employee's attitude was less than helpful; at one point, he simply said, "If it doesn't work, it doesn't work... you know what I mean?" The staff seemed poorly trained, and the food did not live up to the standards of other New York Fries locations I’ve visited. This place is a disappointment to the New York Fries brand. I would recommend that anyone looking for a meal in the area save their time and choose another location.

My wife and I had the delightful experience of savoring their amazing poutine today. I can't quite put my finger on what made it so delicious—whether it was the cut of the fries, the rich gravy, or the cheese—but it was truly outstanding. I also tasted the chili cheese dog, and it was incredibly flavorful. The fast and friendly staff really made our visit even better.

The food here is delicious and loaded with cheese! This is definitely the best place in the food court, providing outstanding service. I'm a huge fan of this mall, and I especially enjoy dining at NYF!

I wouldn't recommend buying from New York Fry's in the mall unless you're okay with being disappointed by the limited amount of cheese. You'll have a better experience making your own! The service was also quite poor. I won't be going back.

The customer service was fantastic, and the poutine was scrumptious! I decided to add extra cheese and requested light gravy, and it was made just the way I wanted.
