McDonald's - Dartmouth

Pulled through for blueberry crumble sundaes and were pleased. The employees really moved the drive through line quickly and were courteous despite working fast. Very easy to access right off the bridge from Halifax.

Restaurant lobby and restrooms needed cleaning. Food was okay but only lukewarm. Staff was okay but not the greatest customer service. Would not recommend.

Came to nova scotia for my wife's father's funeral so wasn't a pleasant trip but stayed at a beautiful little hotel called lake city inn on main st was not much around but this absolutely amazing restaurant called McDonald's the night staff more so.. we would try not to eat during the day so we could go after midnight..I was very happy and we've since returned home but hope to visit again .. If I'm honest i may leave my wife and just move to main street Dartmouth.. i can't stand it here.. thank u Ian Roofer

I prefer McDonald's coffee, so I stop by once a day. Somedays I get my breakfast there or an afternoon snack. What I like about McDonald's is the consistency from store to store. On my last few visits, I noticed that the service was getting rough around the edges and the politeness seems to be falling by the side. I'n not sure why, but the employees don't seem to give a damn. It affects the satisfaction of the customer. I know it's McDonald's and they are paid minimum wages, but so are most other fast food places, which mostly put focus on customer interactions.

Dropped in for a late night take-out meal. Ordered double cheeseburger like a mac. Left and started driving home. The cheeseburger was a mess of overfilled toppings. This person either didn't know what they were doing or made this mess on purpose. Either way, there was no quality control. My first clue when I entered should have been how messy the floors were. Will not go back there.
