Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis McDonald's is my go-to spot when I return for my Christmas break. I usually enjoy breakfast here, which is consistently better than average. I am still learning how to use the self-order kiosks, but you can also order at the counter. The coffee is fresh and served in large cups. There is at least one TV, complimentary newspapers like the Metro and the Herald, and I think there might be a fake fireplace, although I often have jet lag so I might be remembering incorrectly. I will definitely visit this McDonald's again when I have the chance.
Bathrooms extremely dirty, sanitizer pumps empty, garbage on floor, no printing paper... No words..
My family are in Dartmouth NS for vacation. We travel from ON for the past two weeks, able to order chicken in a box due to food allergies in several provinces, ON, Que., NB, and parts of NS but it is not available in McDonald's on 144 Main Street but it was available at McDonald's on Portland St. I thought McDonald's had all the same menu. We had a terrible experience on Main Street. Will not be going back.
Well I get off work at 10:30 PM on my way home I stop at MacDonald's on Main Street, the last three nights I have ordered the fillet a fish meal. I did not look in the bag until I got home there was a BIG MAC MEAL. The second night ordered the same. this time I looked in the bag the box said fillet so I went home got home and there was a CHESSE BURGER in the box. The third night ordered the same. they wanted me to move out of line to wait for new fries being cooked, so I did it took about 15 mins. So they sent someone with my order, I look in the bag and there was a CHICKEN SAND WHICH in the bag. I said to the girl who gave it to me this is not my order, so she took it back 30 mins later I got my Fillet a FISH cold . If you try and call anyone about this all mailboxes are full. I do not know what kind of idiot owns this place, but they do not care about there customers.
Over past 6 months service got much worse mainly because those who are working on the drive thru can not communicate effectively in english .. ie: when placing an order I have to repeat my self .. check screen to find more errors and yep repeat again to sometimes NOT get what I ordered like this morning. So... attempted to contact management .. looked up their number but ohhh yeah their mailbox is full !! That to me speaks to the management ... enough said.
