Brightwood Golf & Country Club

Brightwood does a fantastic job at catering a wedding; I heard quite a number of guests raving about the food; and some said it was the best meal they ever had at a wedding. Staff was excellent and responsive to all our needs. Not a single issue.

We recently attended a surprise birthday party at the club and dined well, really well. And they do occasionally have a buffet which was the case that evening, which looked very good too.You do not have to be a member to use the facilities. The food is excellent, they have a good selection of beers and wines, lots of free parking, and friendly staff. AND they provided the birthday cake which was delicious and such a hit that more than one was required!

My wife and I got married at Brightwood and we could not have been happier. From the outset, everything was handled with professionalism and friendliness. All the guests raved about the evening and frankly, it couldn't have been better. Thank you Brightwood!

Brightwood is a nice course but you better be ready for some serious hill climbing if you are walking the course. Club house is nice too but remember this is a private club. Guests of members are welcome to play.

A private course that has limited access to the public. A great location sitting in the middle of Dartmouth. Non members are treated like non members so the big welcome that you get at many courses is not there. A good club house that is well stocked and good food offered after your round. It has everything a good course offers but some of the holes are shaped and compromised to fit into its surroundings.
