UPDATE: Explained the problem with the site and they apologized for the mix. It was a simple mistake and they apologized. I really appreciate that they come out as fast as they did and do what they could offer a better experience and service level. I ordered chicken swarms for delivery before closing last night. What I got was a mix between a Shima and a Donair. It had chicken, very little salad, onions, tomatoes and very little sauce (if any). There were no pickles or pickled beet at all. I also called them before closing to confirm my order would be delivered and there was no mention of these changes or substitutions. I was hungry, so I ate the food that was delivered, but it certainly wasn't what I ordered.

Can't produce what you order. Bacon, no matter how much u pay for it. Not added. Pizza is raw. Service: Delivery Type of meal: Other price per person: CA$30–40

Last week I had received an order that I wasn’t overly happy with and not only did the owner/manager call me back to apologize but he personally delivered me another order that was absolutely delicious. Very nice guy! I will most certainly be ordering from here again. Top notch customer service. Would highly recommend!
