My husband and I went came to TGIF just to get a quick cheap meal and we got everything but that. The waitress was nice but had no clue about the menu when I asked a couple questions. I ordered the 6oz sirloin medium with fries. The steak came well done and it smelled bad and tasted bad. I didn’t eat it because I was sure I would get food poison. My husband got ribs, that meat also was no good. Maybe you need to check your coolers, freezers whatever because they may be broken. Oh and we waited at the front of the restaurant and was eventually greeted by the manager with his shirt half way tucked in his pants and half way out. The walls and windows are filthy!!! The booth even smelled bad. Absolutely horrible, this place literally needs to close their doors for everyone’s well being. I would be embarrassed to say I work there.
It was pretty dead when we arrived at 1 pm on a Sunday. It took about 15 minutes before someone actually came to get a drink order and then 10 more minutes to get 2:4 of our drinks and even longer for the last two. We ordered two burgers, wings, fries and a pick three deal, from door to table 40 minutes. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and got 4 small mushrooms the whole reason I ordered this burger and the serving was ridiculous) a single piece of arugula that was smaller than my burger bun and a burnt burger it was supposed to be well done). I needed a refill on my drink and had to wait another 15+ minutes. Needless to say I will spend my $100+ elsewhere next time. Eating out is supposed to be a treat, and enjoyable I ended up having to eat when I got home it was that bad. There was nothing enjoyable about this experience at all. Do better if you expect people to continue going to your establishment and paying for that kind of money for food and service.
So I've ordered delivery from here so many times now and this is the type of restaurant you try to stop ordering from but always go back to like an ex.The food is amazing when they wanna be. Now i have no clue what the service is like in the restaurant but they definitely need to work on their deliveries because I've gotten my order wrong quiet a few times. I get that it can get busy but if that's the case then i think some order in the kitchen should be figured out or they need to pause orders online, of course i have no clue what its like inside that area so it may not even be easy to.On another note, the fries are just NOT seasoned at ALL and sometimes taste like it was microwaved twice. Another thing is that the potato skins are almost rubbery and last time it tasted good was like 6 months ago.Id love to see how it is inside but i hate having to get my refunds over and over that I'm unsure if it'd even be right inside, i just want my order to be right and taste genuinely good. This isn't any fault with the drivers, and i use doordash. Thankfully doordash is quick with their help and i haven't had any problems after a wrong order.
Linsey is awesome normally we we come on Friday night there was a couple of times we came on a different day and the service was awful. But every time Linsey works she awesome to be around very welcoming and remembers are order every time and always gets it right!!!!!! Absolutely a pleasure to be around.
Went in for lunch today around noon. The bartender made amazing drink and food recommendations. She sold me on the whiskey burger with Swiss cheese and the Barbados rum punch. Service was quick. Burger was delicious and me and my husband will be making this our weekly spot. Everything was amazing. Shoutout to
