Dartmouth House Of Pizza

A few days ago, I was very disappointed with a restaurant I had visited several times before. My partner and I ordered hot grinders, but they arrived lukewarm at best. The cheese was not melted, the cold cuts were warm, and everything seemed off. When I inquired about it, I was informed that they now use an automated oven. The only redeeming aspect of our meal was the excellent onion rings. Additionally, we found the music inside the restaurant to be overly loud, making it difficult to enjoy our experience.

I usually love this place; the food is consistently fantastic and the prices are unbeatable. However, today's delivery from Michael was completely unacceptable. The pizza was inedible because the tip of the box was crushed down so much that all that was left was dough—the cheese had stuck to the top of the box. I wanted to apologize to the driver, Michael, but we were really busy at the time. I would have gladly waited for a pizza that was actually edible! Additionally, the driver left a voicemail that was rather awkward and flattery-filled. I can save the message if the management would like to review it. I'm not upset, just disappointed. This meal was my last $30, including a generous tip, and it's such a shame it turned out this way.

I've been coming here for years, but the quality has consistently declined while the prices for food remain high. There are much better pizza places nearby. While this is one of the few places that delivers to us, I don’t think three pizzas and a side of mozzarella sticks should cost $75! The pizzas are always overcooked, even when we request them to be cooked lightly. I would recommend going to other places, even if they are farther away.

The delivery lasted the longest time. The food was cool and the frits melted as if they were boiled under. The calzone was cold, but the sub was the best part of everything we ordered.

I get food from here probably twice a month. Tonight we ordered a couple of pizzas, had them delivered. Driver was courteous and pleasant. Get the pizza inside, open them up and it looked like someone was playing frisbee with the box. So we called up saying hey, the pizzas look like they were dropped or something . I was expecting the guy to say hey, you should have said something to the driver , but he said wow, not sure how that happened, but I 'll get you some new pizzas I live pretty close so I went to pick them up. Got my pizzas no problem. Mistakes happen, its nice to see someone make them right. By the way, the the pizza is consistent and pretty good!
