Tortilla - Dartford

I was really disappointed with the soft corn tacos at this restaurant. I had wanted crispy tacos, but they were soft and to make matters worse, I had to pay extra for beef. I ended up getting the pork tacos instead, but they were cold and I almost chipped a tooth on a bone. It was not a good experience, so I returned the food for a refund. The price for three small tacos and a pot of sauce was nearly £7.50, which I felt was not good value. The staff had a rushed attitude, which was very disappointing. They try to push you to buy expensive extras. Overall, I would not recommend this place and I would not go back. I suggest avoiding it altogether.

Overall, we enjoy dining at this restaurant. It can get quite busy at times, and all the food is prepared right in front of you, so there may be a wait. The staff is very pleasant, and we really like the food.

I adore Tortilla and have been dining there for years. The food is fantastic and full of flavor. However, I have noticed that the portion sizes have decreased in the last few visits, so the value for money has declined. Despite this, the burritos are still delicious.

Worst burritos ever and very expensive for what it is. It was bland with no flavours. The staff were not informative. Most things you wanted with your burrito was an extra you paid for. The tortilla chips were flavourless. I got better flavours from chewing wood. Paid £21 for 2 burritos, tortilla chips and 2 cans of coke. Complete overpriced rubbish food with bad service.!!
