Time And Plaice - Dartford

I can't give 6 stars here. nice eating couldn't owe it. the best milkshake I ever had, and the fish and chips were just perfect. friendly service and good music in the background. thank you.

Popped in here with friends from overseas for lunch. OMG what has happened to this plaice? e.g. 1 item ordered was sausage, mash, peas gravy. What was served was a processed saveloy 2 scoops of tastless powdered mash mixed with water. I certainly will not be returning.

Waiting a while to get served Coffee wasent hot Food wasent hot the pie tasted as if it been warmed up to long.o think there's new owners the old ones was very good

Omg what's happened to this lovely place. I used to love to love coming along here for an evening out with my partner. We travel from Orpington and have been using the restaurant for 10 years from when we lived in Dartford. It used to have a lovely atmosphere and food was gorgeous no matter what you had. Now the energy has been zapped out. Both me and my partner had fish and chips. I grew up by the sea so know what fresh fish tastes like. This tasted rank is only way I can describe it. It tasted like it had been frozen, defrosted a few times. The chips tasted like rubber. I came home and was sick. I guess from food !! The poor waitress looked like she wanted to cry. The other table were also unhappy. There was a man that spoke to staff like they were rubbish on floor. Have they changed ownership as not seen Jan the other owner in for a while. This is in the ideal location to make this an amazing place to dine out. Keep going as you are and you will be closed down!!!

Pleasant staff , excellent service. Despite being busy felt attended too. Delightful fish and chips
