Nando's - Dartford

The service was okay, the food was okay, the atmosphere was okay. all in order. will probably come back sometime

We had really good food here. I had wrapped chicken and olive my partner had chicken butterfly it was delicious. the service might have been better.

The restaurant was loud and crowded, with people, including the staff, constantly bumping into our chairs as they passed by. It was frustrating to sit without stable chairs. The workers did not appear to be very happy, and this reflected in the quality of food and service. The burgers were average and served lukewarm or cold, with the chips being the only highlight as they were hot and fresh. The atmosphere seemed more tense compared to other similar restaurants. The manager acknowledged the delay in our food and apologized for the inconvenience due to the busyness of the establishment. However, we would have been more understanding if the meal had been served warm and to our liking. The simple Nandos concept of good food, fun vibes, and casual dining was not executed well in this instance. Given the price and overall experience, we were not inclined to return to this restaurant.

We normally order for takeaway/delivery and there is always something missing from the order. It seems they don’t actually check what you’ve ordered against what they give you. Very disappointing to not get what you pay for. The food that actually does arrive is nice...but sometimes the chicken is a bit burnt.

Treated myself to a Nando’s delivery, while the meal was rather average, cold everything really and I actually only live 5 minutes away from bluewater so not really what I was expecting. I treated myself to a slice of cake as a dessert, however as...I’ve gone to open my packaging I’ve noticed a use by label on it that states it should have been used 19.12.20. Not really impressed that I have paid for food that is clearly out of date and shouldn’t be used. Overall very unimpressed with my meal I paid £24 and usually I don’t begrudge paying that for a Nando’s as I find it to be good value for money, however this time, I very much so begrudge paying for a meal that was cold and out of date. Who knows if I’ve just consumed in date chicken or not at this point.
