Mcdonald's - Dartford

Truly the worst of the worst McDonald's stores; always wait forever for your food. To make it worse, what's the point of showing us customers a screen that says your order is being prepared or ready to collect when they always just immediately wipe our order numbers off the screen ten minutes before we get the food??

Touchscreens never print receipts or give you a number. On Friday night the manager was shouting and laughing at the back with other employees as other employees were preparing food. He was acting like a child in school in front of all the customers.

Terrible after waiting for eternity the complete wrong order comes out only then to be shouted to listen by manager this is why it was not buisy atal staff cannot speek English and serve you what they feel like

It's a McDonald's you know exactly what you are getting!

There was a long line, so you have to use electronic ordering and then wait, which feels very disorganized. The food was hot and tasty.
