Joe The Juice - Dartford

We visited another Nando's location, this time at Bluewater Shopping Centre. After a long day on the road, my friend Freddie and I found ourselves at this venue. We parked near the entrance and made our way to the food court where Nando's has a large presence. Surprisingly, Freddie had never tried Nando's before so we felt it was a must to give it a try. The restaurant was typical of Nando's, and we ordered grilled Halloumi with chilly jam for our first course. While it was okay, the Halloumi was a bit soggy. Our main courses, a burger with chips, macho peas, and coleslaw, were decent but they arrived slightly cold. The service was polite and friendly, but the food didn't quite meet the high standards of other Nando's locations I've been to. It was okay, but there is room for improvement.

Ordered for collection today and got given FOUR visibly rotten corn. You can't tell me that the people/person packing it couldn't see that all the corn was rotten. One you can easily miss but how do you miss 4?

The chicken was really delicious, the kids loved their meals, and the staff went above and beyond to keep them entertained with crayons. Emily provided excellent service and even helped us retrieve something we had left behind. We had a great experience at this restaurant!

We were told to wait outside in line. Fine... then the waitress yelled 'single file!' Is this a restaurant or a school? There were plenty of empty tables inside, but we still weren't allowed in. After waiting for twenty minutes, we decided to give up.

Simply amazing restaurant! I am lucky enough to visit every week, without fail, and the food and service are always sublime. It is honestly a pleasure to go to this restaurant. If you are visiting Bluewater I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.
