An article was missing, ringed and was told that they would send me another one who also came very quickly with the missing ordering article! I wanted to pay for it, but the driver was faster than me. excellent customer service and nice eating. Thank you.

Donner meat and pizza ordered, donner meat was awful couldn't even eat it was so over cooked, been coming to simmos for takaway for the past 10 years up until the past few weeks where we avoided then thought we would gove it another try to my shame! The past few months the food has been hit and miss, prices going up food quality going down. Tipped me over the edge tonight when my partner got home and opened it up couldn't even eat it, you could litteraly crack each peice in half. Won't be returning lesson learned. Pizza was standard, salad had minimal amount in.. worth going somewhere else for better quality, quantity and value all around!

Took 90 mins to deliver the wrong order…and then another 20 mins to redeliver the correct sources. When I called after an hour they said they were still cooking the pizza

I have been using this takeaway service for a while, but the last two times have been disappointing. The portions were small and the pizza dough was undercooked. It's time to look for a new takeaway place!

I usually enjoy this pizza restaurant, but the customer service over the phone was very rude. They sent the wrong order and refused to replace it. This is not how regular customers, or any customers, should be treated. Very disappointing experience.
