Kimbo Chinese - Darkness

Good food but I’m concerned about the cleanliness. I can see the mess in the kitchen from the counter. This is a take out place only. While they do have tables, I would never consider it an eat in restaurant.

Typical stripmall Chinese food, but it was fresh, hot, and really good. The staff was nice and polite. Dietary restrictions: Great diet options. I had gastric bypass a couple of years ago and had a colonoscopy coming up and needed to have a special diet for the week. Steamed chicken and veggies, and the sauce on the side.

Ordered Pork lo mein for delivery. It was supposed to be served with pork fried rice and an egg roll. It did not. It was $8.00.When I called to tell them that they had left out the rice and egg roll they told me that I didn’t order the large size that was over$2 more that was the deal.Nothing stipulated that in the menu.It was a disappointment and the food was definitely very unappetizing and not worth the cost.Not worth the $13.00 that it cost for delivery!

Fried rice itself was really good but there was a large egg shell in almost every other bite :

This is not Shrimp Chow Mein. It's shrimp Chomp Suey. What bothered me was the lady on the phone tried so hard to convince me that this was their version of Chow mein and explained to me that this style of Chow Mein was vegetable only with white sauce and no noodles. I've been half Asian all my life, but all of me is embarrassed by this behavior.Not coming back ever. Maybe this isn't much money but we spend at least $77 a visit. I will spend that somewhere else.
