Parlor Pizza Darien

Parlor serves delicious pizza. They faced some challenges when they opened during COVID, but they've resolved most of those issues. The pizza crust is perfectly cooked, featuring a charred exterior that is thin, fluffy, and chewy. Alongside classic options like Margherita, pepperoni, and sausage, they offer some innovative choices, including Brussels sprouts, asparagus, mushrooms with a creamy topping, Calabrian peppers, and fig sauce, among others. They really emphasize seasonal ingredients. The drink selection is impressive, featuring excellent cocktails, craft beers, and an upscale wine list. The staff is very friendly, and the owner is extremely personable. I highly recommend dining in or ordering for pickup. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, you can buy a pizza and get a Margherita for half price, which is a fantastic deal for some great food.

The pizzas and wings I ordered were delicious! However, I was confused as to why the takeout boxes were folded with the chemical printing on the inside, which was in direct contact with my food.

They also provide a selection of delicious vegan-friendly dishes, such as the summer vine, tomato pipe, and green divine salad. For drinks, I would also give them 4 out of 5 stars: they have a nice selection of wine, beer, and cocktails, with half-price bottles of wine available on Sundays. The service is outstanding, rated at 5 out of 5 stars: the staff is super friendly and the service is quick! Our servers are always attentive and accommodating regarding any dietary preferences. The atmosphere receives a 4 out of 5 stars: it's a casual environment that's usually not overly crowded, and there are plenty of parking spaces available in the back.

We had our holiday party here. Great food, friendly staff, and plenty of parking in the back of the restaurant, after 6 pm on weekdays.

This is our favorite go to for awesome pizza and an excellent wine list. Kid friendly, adult friendly, outdoor seating, easy take out. The sides and salads are 100! They are also super accommodating of my annoying food allergy. So lucky to have this place in town.
