Carla's Red Hots - Darien

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. The Philly cheesesteaks here are absolutely phenomenal. I've tried them at many different places, but this one really stands out and does something unique. The seasonal menu options are also fantastic. If you're a fan of Philly cheesesteaks, you must give this place a try.

I had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. They offered creative appetizers and the beef dish was superior to those of larger competitors. I definitely recommend this place. The staff was also very friendly.

I don't understand why they have the same menu as Teddy's. I believe they would be more successful if they created their own unique menu and identity. There are so many different types of cuisine to explore.

My new favorite place for Italian bark! meat is very delicate and thin cut. the flavor is exact! reminds me of Al’s Italian bark. update: went back after her “opened” and the bark was not diceed equal and was not cut as thin. it was not bad, but nothing special. I was very disappointed.

After a short vacation of 7 weeks Carla's is now open. The owners are now back serving their delicious food ? items from their menu. Stop in and give them a try.
