The Cheesecake Factory - Darby Township

My family and I had a great last meal here until we headed to the airport. I thought this place would offer great choices for the kids and my husband and I and it did! Kenneth, our waiter was so sweet, kind and attentive to us. It was nice that we were seated by a window too.

This cheesecake factory has really turned around; i first went a couple years ago and they were like constantly out of brunch stuff and other menu items and very understaffed? now it seems like that’s all way better didn’t get told “oh we’re out of that…” and the staffing issue seemed fixed. enough people working that turnaround times and attention were good. (listen i can be patient at a restaurant and i know it’s not a server’s fault if management didn’t schedule enough people BUT it’s also a definite improvement and better experience this way, you know?)anyway the food is solid and it’s nice to get some cheesecake to go. if you were here a few years ago and left unimpressed it’s worth a revisit if you’ve got a hankering for what cheesecake factory had to offer an insanely long menu with a billion options, fun drinks including nice non alcoholic options, and of course the infinite variety of cheesecakes.would recommend

I tried the Korean fried chicken bowl. It was excellent, the service was alright considering the place was empty on a Saturday evening, it could have been much better. However, it was great nonetheless

(Online Order) THE worst Cheesecake Factory you could go to…they have no quality control. Plastic fried into my fried cheese appetizer. I found peanuts in my cheesecake that shouldn’t have had peanuts in it and I’m allergic. Definitely will be contacting a lawyer about that, I have pictures to prove it for both. On top of that, the cooks have to be newbies, horrible food. Their prices went up, so I need to get what I paid for. I gave this location wayy too many chances. I know the manager at this location can’t be worth 2 cents. Take the trip to Jersey location if you can.

How you gonna have a sodium warning on every item in the menu but not refill me water once ?
