Their machine took a tip from me. I didn't touch their screen to accept it and it took it anyway. The guy at the register basically told me to go pound sand. Give me my two bucks back.

Don’t know how to use their fancy espresso machine. Disappointing. Burned bad espresso mixed with boiled milk.

I’m enjoying a nice smooth iced latté and excellent lemony cake.

Very rude staff.. the first place in any airport across the states, that charges $4 for hot water, if you need it in your own cup.

Woof this place gives a great brand a bad name. I ordered a cappuccino and they made me a latte. For $7 you’d think they’d get it right. Barista used dirty disposable cups. He wouldn’t fix my drink when I mentioned he made it wrong. Just terrible. Should refund me.
