Goody's Pizza - Darby Township

Goodys is a good place. I love their food. They should receive more credit and more clients by the way they do business. The prices are reasonable and understandable.

Ordered from here used to be really good no issues ordered today and it looks like someone took a bite out of my wing. I had just opened the box called back and said they couldn’t give me a refund. Smh don’t order

Ordered food a hour later driver calls and says he's outside. I stand at the door for five minutes before calling back to see where exactly he was. I couldn't get a answer or anything, he didn't speak English. I called the store. Girl said hold on I'll find out. While on hold, I can hear her talking to the driver on the phone in Spanish. She returned to the phone and explained that he was at the other hundred of the block and had the wrong address. I say ok I'll wait for him being as though he's a block away. Ten minutes go by and I try to contact the driver, no answer..I call the store again for a second time and explain how I do not want the food as of now because it's fifteen minutes later and he's still no where in sight. About another 10 minutes go by and he comes knocking at my door..I said to him I cancelled the order, I do not want that food. Where was he at for a half hour? If he was only one number off and right up the block then why'd it take him a half hour to get to me? So here the foods been I don't know where all this time and I'm supposed to still want it..?? Glad I didn't pay with my card..

First time trying their pizza. It was great, good taste. Steak cut fries were awesome, good amount of salt and crispness.

Rectified an issue promptly. Called and let them know I got the wrong order in less then 20 min they showed up with the correct order Goodys has redeemed themselves in my book. Thank you for handling this professionally and quickly.
