We ordered a burrito and empanadas. Both were made to order, and tasted fresh and authentic. When we're back in Philly, we're skipping the cheese steaks and coming back here.
Amazing Mexican food !! The vibe within the restaurant is quite nice. It’s a BYOB restaurant.
El Molino creates fantastic tortillas, uses top-notch ingredients, and puts love and attention to detail into all that they do. This remarkable place is a top Philly Mexican spot for sure. Even “simple” chicken tacos are fantastic, as are the tinga and mole. Crisp empanadas made with homemade dough, fajitas, shrimp tacos, grilled burritos, picadillo, fresh fried chips, jamaica, horchata, and more — can’t go wrong. Jose and his wife are so kind, and have built something truly special!
This food is super authentic and the staff is extremely nice. A .
Entree was decent portion. Guacamole was small and overpriced, $2 surprise cost for hot sauce overall good but probably not worth a frequent stop. A bit pricey for what it is.
