Lobster and Butternut Squash soup was divine! So tasty. Biscuit was dense, not flaky, but not at all dry. Loved the herb flavor. I will say, I didnt not care for the grilled cheese. Maybe it was the cheese I chose (gruyere). Would order again with American

It is hard to tell what kind of broth this is. It certainly does not look or taste like chicken, in fact it does not taste like anything. Other reviews said it was too salty. Well, I guess that was corrected and it was in dire need of it. They should but salt on the side. This was the blandest broth I have ever had. And, so disappointing since I am no a liquid diet, currently. Also, it was filled to top with no room for pressure to release, be careful not to get scolded.

Had high expectations for this new place. Everything I ordered soups included were cold and gross/watery. Sandwich was completely bland and came with no spread even though the order was supposed to. Ordered a Diet Coke and got a regular coke. Overall terrible experience and I will not be ordering again.

Normally love this place but the lobster and butternut squash soup was inediblly salty.

I got the tea sampler and expected more. Ingredients werent fresh. I also had soup added on and everything was so salty. Couldnt taste the difference between potato leek and the corn chowder. I used to love this place but the last few months, everything has been poor quality.
