Bravo Pizza Ii - Darby Township

Ordered cheese steak w/ mayo onions ketchup. No ketchup, dry sandwich. Italian hoagie meat was not fresh. Ate 1/4 . It was a frustrating waste of money calories. Usually don’t order out but my fatigue was high. No longer will I waste my money. Foreigners have an issue with accepting that their product does meet standards especially in certain areas. Lesson well learned. We ban together , stop patronizing the business with generated pathetic response where no change occur.

The women at the front desk was nice. The only thing is if you make a pickup order on line you get a delivery charge.

Lady with red hair that works there is very rude and disrespectful. she’s very nasty with customers! also i asked for the lunch special and she still charged me up for it regularly and then when i asked about it she didn’t give me a refund for the extra amount i paid .

I moved to the community 4yrs ago. This was absolutely my go to spot every weekend I stop eating here at no particular reason. I ordered on a Friday Aug 2nd 2024 to be exact. I place an order for delivery it was a special which came with a soda. On the phone the lady told me to make sure I answer the phone because the driver will not wait and won’t come back (first red flag). My order arrives and I asked for my soda and he said it didn’t come with it. The driver left I called the store to complain. The whole time the soda was indeed in the car so he comes back I get it. I’m about to tear my food up I got pizza and Buffalo wings! Why my pizza look like a 5yr old made it very thin crust and cheese not even melted all the way just sprinkled on top I said ok how about the wings. All the wings were different sizes some small and big and I mean small as my pinky finger. Bottom line I’m not sure if the service is going down hill or they was just in a rush!

I eat here at least twice a week. Good food and service
