Aku's Kitchen - Darby Township

I called ahead to place my order and it was ready when I arrived. I ordered kelewele (fried spicy ripe plantain), waakye (cooked rice and beans) with goat meat and all the trimmings. The meal came with a boiled egg and a side of pepper sauce. The food was delicious, the service was good, and the atmosphere was cozy at this Ghanaian restaurant. They do not accept cash, only Zelle and Cashapp. It was definitely worth the 45-minute drive.
