Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Daphne

I bought three smoothies of the same taste. They had no bananas and tasted terrible. I can't help, but wonder if it was useful because I don't leave a tip. It costs too much.

I ordered a chicken jasadilla from here and got the thinnest, most dry, coarsest cheese chalet ever. my friend is tired because he was hungry, but his turkey sandwich should be without dead and they also forgot. they also took our order forever and we were so polite and understanding until we came home and saw it. the in mobile is so much better they actually cook and a good amount of meat and cheese that was only extremely disappointing. at this point is smoothie king better. Now we have to get a little later because we're still hungry. thanks for nothing

Thank you for a nice lunch. Your employee at the drive through was nice and opened the lobby when I told her that it was closed, but there was no sign (which is annoying to find out after you?ve parked and unpacked your stroller only to have to walk back to the car to pack it up to go through the drive through). But when I was enjoying my lunch in the grass I saw that other families were going in and they had opened the doors which was good. That?s my only negative feedback just put up a lobby closed sign if closed. Great location with nice grass to sit and eat in the sunshine.

This place used to be really great but the last few times I have been it has been pretty bad. This time I pulled up to the speaker and waited 10 minutes for someone to come on the speaker after saying hello over and over. Then I pulled up to the window and had to wait another 20 minutes for my food (which was an online order and should have been ready). The staff didn't apologize about the wait and didn't seem to care.

On my lunch break today I decided to try something new. So, I stopped by to give this place a try. They are getting 1 star for several reasons. The wait was about 15+ minutes for a smothie, wrap, and jalapeño corn at the drive thru with no cars in front of me. The employee at the window took my money then several minutes later proceeded to charge me again before giving me the wrong order. I had to clarify that I not only already paid but just got handed the wrong order. Few minutes later I get the correct food portion of the order and the employee says have a nice day. Um....I need my smoothie! I get an eye roll and oh yeah! Now let 's talk about the product. I ordered a kiwi quencher smoothie that has more strawberry than kiwi. The jalapeño corn was delicious and the best thing about the visit.The wrap had so much cajun sauce the horseradish taste was overpowering; I couldn 't eat it. Overall, I feel like I wasted $15 and 30 minutes of my day!
