Starbucks - Daphne

Yesterday was my WORST Starbucks experience ever!!! Not only did I have to wait more than 20 minutes for two blended Frappuccinos, they were horrible!!! Not to mention that they were out of whipped cream!!!I understand that training must be done in order to have an adequate amount of staff members present daily, but it shouldn 't be done with 10 people in line!!! Above all, the young lady working yesterday was wearing a mask and did not wash her hands when she readjusted the mask, touching her mouth and nose. I definitely will visit another location to get my coffee fix in the future!!

I recently sent my Dad to (because I have COVID) my local Starbucks and was impressed by the exceptional service. I requested a drink not on the menu, and the barista eagerly crafted something special for me. She even took the phone from my father to try and get the drink right. She suggested a unique flavor combination and nailed it. This experience highlighted the value of a personalized drink. Thank you to the girl who guided my 74 year old father through Starbucks. I highly recommend this Starbucks!

Overpriced coffee, served by pretentious kids with nothing to offer to their communities than a paper cup filled with coffee. The service is slow and the coffee is nothing special. IT'S JUST COFFEE, people!

This is a nice clean place to eat. They always have some type of special or deal to keep cost fown.
