Red Lobster - Daphne

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. the food was fresh and very tasty!

The kitchen was happy to throw together a special order of sweet chili shrimp for me. Thank you so much it was delicious and the staff was nice as usual.

Ordered a $90 date night meal to go that turned busted.....The rest of our night was great but our meal was not. Got home and realized WE DID NOT GET OUR BACON MAC CHEESE that actually comes with the meal, OR THE ADDITIONAL SIDE OF BROCCOLI., THE STEAKS UNDERDONE!!! Haven't had Red Lobster in years. Such a major turn off!! UPDATE: Called and spoke with the manager, who listened to my concerns and remade our date night meal! Thank you! 5/15/22

The 1st thing I noticed while waiting to be seated at the height of allergy season, the odor coming from the carpet. The table appeared to be clean except for the rice from previous patrons. My food taste unseasoned and frozen. My waitress was nice and did a great job, the older woman that worked with her took my money and assumed the $3 and change was her tip because she never returned with it. It was not, Because I liked my waitress, It would have been my usual 25%.

My wife and I came on Sunday night. it was a little busy. we just wanted to give the manager in the service and a server lob. they have been busy with a party that was simply rude and difficult. not sure what their names were, but they tried to handle the situation as well as possible. they were calm and you could say that they tried to do everything they could do to please the group. sometimes you can't do anything to please some people. the manager and the young server were great and we have hated to see that they were treated so terrible by this party. no wonder that so many places are occupied. I don't want to work with guests like this job!
