Wendy's - Danville

At the register, the staff were busy, but as soon as they noticed us, one of the workers acknowledged us and assured us he would be with us shortly. We replied that it was no problem. Once he finished his task, he came over to take our order. He was very polite, confirming everything with us before giving us the total. He mentioned that there would be a short wait because the grilled chicken was still cooking. We were given the option to wait for the grilled chicken or switch to another dish, and we chose to wait. Overall, the staff were friendly, polite, and respectful, making for a great experience!

One employee in particular, named Demeka, always makes me feel at home and welcome, like family. She takes great pride in her work, and even when things don’t go perfectly—like when certain "fast" food items are unavailable—she handles it with such care and dedication that it feels personal. If you get a chance, stop by and let her know how much her hard work is appreciated. As her favorite DoorDash driver, Vic, I’d like to say she deserves some recognition. I hope management sees this and rewards her for her outstanding service, even if it’s just a simple pat on the back and a thank you for being such a valued member of the team!

I always enjoy the Nuggets and the Baconator, and the fries are great as well. The service is quick too!
