Steak 'n Shake - Danville

The customer service is consistently excellent! I've visited a few times, and my order has occasionally been incorrect. When I called to address it, one of the managers typically resolves the issue, but I often have trouble getting someone on the phone otherwise.

This is a fantastic dining venue. The staff are consistently friendly and have a great attitude, which is a rarity in restaurants.

We really enjoy Steak 'n Shake; the food is always great. The only thing we wish for is that they would reopen their dining room.
