When we went to eat them at 11:15, we realized there was hardly any cream cheese and no tomatoes. This has happened before, so we went back to address the issue. The worker and manager told us tough luck because it had been 5 hours since our purchase. Unbelievable! We showed them the bagel and explained that the cream cheese and tomatoes did not dissolve (see attached photo). The manager rudely said it was not their problem. I have never experienced such terrible customer service before. If I could, I would give them a hundred negative stars.
Placed my order on door dash, unable to make any modifications, they don't allow it. I called to make my modification, no one answers the phone! I called repeatedly in hopes someone would answer. The recording says PRESS 3 for a team member! Rings until it disconnects! Frustrated!!
The employees are very disrespectful and very rude! and we still can’t dine inside or use the restroom because of “covid”
The staff was very rude when I requested to pick up my order early. They showed no sympathy, their phone was off, and I wasn't allowed to use the restroom. Come on, Covid is over! Wake up!
I ordered two lox and bagel sandwiches to go. When I got home and ready to eat it, it was a mess. It was not layered evenly and you can see that the cream cheese was also not spread evenly. Also the lox was placed on one side of the bagel. I’m disappointed each time I patronize this location. I wanted to give it a chance to improve. I will not be returning The staff are young and don’t appear to take their jobs seriously
