As for the poke and toppings, they were equally unappetizing. There was spilled food everywhere, and many of the containers were dirty and half-broken. Nothing looked fresh; they didn’t even have brown rice available. The cucumber appeared dried out, the carrots were no better, and the lettuce looked ancient. The edamame was unappealing. The toppings were minimal, and the so-called "magical sprinkle" on top was merely a thin dusting—there was more dust than actual toppings. What they referred to as Bonito flakes was just a mix of fukiyaki and sesame seeds. The only sauce offered was Ponzu. While the establishment was in a disgusting state, the service was just as disappointing. The staff member was preoccupied with his phone the entire time, making us repeat our order multiple times. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered.

Terrible experience. The portions were extremely small, and they didn’t even serve the food in a proper bowl. I expected much better from a place in this area. This was honestly the worst poke bowl I've ever had.

The food here is fantastic, and it's impressive that this is the only poke restaurant that hasn't increased its prices despite rising costs due to the pandemic and the conflict in Russia. The owner is a genuinely good person who cares about the community and is committed to keeping their food affordable.
