Very frustrating with Choicelunch this year. Ever since I sighed up for their monthly plan for my son when I go to change a future entry it doesn't let me re-order saying I can't because of allergies. My kids have NO allergies listed so that's wrong. I've emailed them a ton of times and just get an automated response which offers no help at all. Does anyone know a phone number I can call? As this is ridiculous.
I wish there would be more healthy options, most of the entree has really high sodium. I doubt that's healthy for a 3 year old.
This is my first experience with Choice Lunch and their Customer service is NON EXISTENT. I have left 6 voice messages.. (One each day) for a return call regarding my account. I get an automatic text reply after each call telling me that someone will return my call within 24 48 hours. That was SIX DAYS AGO. I call every day and I get nowhere. Unfortunately they are the only option for lunches at my child's school. I will continue to call and start looking for the number of the CEO Justin Gagnon. I never thought I'd find a company with customer service worse than my cable company however CHOICE LUNCH has taken the prize.
