I had to wait to use the restroom for 3 minutes, and during that time, I saw an employee with pink hair getting high inside. When I left the restroom, she accused me of stealing her phone and followed me around the store. She even leaned against my arm/shoulder in a threatening manner as I paid for my meal. She continued to follow me to my car, insisting that her phone was with me and telling me to wait there. After waiting for a few minutes, she came out and simply said thanks without offering an apology or an explanation. I will be reporting this incident to corporate.
I bought a slice of breakfast pizza that tasted sour. When I returned the next day to get a replacement as promised, my information was not saved. This has happened multiple times where I have received spoiled items or something inedible. I purchased three slices of pizza, a muffin, and a pack of cigarettes totaling $32. When I asked about the type of pizza, the employee behind the counter did not answer. Casey's management needs to be changed as customer complaints are not being addressed. It seems that the staff does not care about their everyday customers.
